The Founders
Dylan Dworak is a professional ATV racer, aerospace engineering student, and entrepreneur with nearly 16 years of experience in TT racing. Having competed in national championships, and World Championship Ice Speedway, he has witnessed the sport’s growth and challenges firsthand. In 2023, he founded 500 Performance LLC, designing high-performance ATV intakes to push racing technology forward. Now, he is focused on expanding the sport by launching 500RSGP, a professional TT racing series designed to bring structure, visibility, and legitimacy to a highly skilled yet underappreciated discipline. With deep industry insight and major sponsorship experience, Dylan understands the barriers holding TT racing back: the lack of safety measures, financial limitations, outdated event structures, and untapped public interest. His mission is to transform TT racing into a respected motorsport, attracting OEM corporations, major sponsors, and a global audience, unlocking the full potential of a sport he’s deeply passionate about.
Mary-Katherine Ellen Norrington is a private Mechanical Engineering contractor for Slingshot PDG (Product Development Group). With a strong foundation in biomedical sciences—focused on gene therapies for cancer, alternative insulin delivery methods, and bioinformatics—she has contributed to diverse projects across the industries of aerospace, textiles, heliophysics, sonochemistry, and sustainable engineering. Beyond teaching rats to drive cars and building pico-satellites, Mary actively contributes to her community. She serves as a STEM trainer for the New Tenth Foundation’s rigorous international program, Project Limitless 15, which supports K–12 students from around the world. Mary also plays a leadership role at Kennesaw State University, serving as Chair and Sponsor of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. With a firm belief in the value of structure, accountability, and community in all ventures, she now channels her expertise into bringing TT racing into the mainstream—working alongside her business partner to bring that vision to life.
